A seller submission may include your first name, mobile number, optional email, vehicle year, make, model, trim and VIN, mileage, ZIP code, seller-reported condition and title status, asking price, preferred contact time, photos, and consent choices. The app stores the SMS consent wording shown when you submitted, the capture time, phone number, request IP address, browser user agent, and page URL as consent evidence.

How details are used

BirdDog uses the details to review whether a nearby dealer may be a fit, coordinate a possible visit, and provide status updates. If there is a possible fit, relevant vehicle and contact details may be shared with a dealer for review. Dealers appraise vehicles and decide whether to make an offer; BirdDog does not buy, sell, or negotiate vehicles.

Retention and requests

The final retention period for seller records, consent evidence, and photos must be confirmed before public launch.
